Rental avail in Hillarys (WA) from mid Aug
Hi guys
I'm putting this post on for a friend who is breaking their lease as they have now bought a house. Modern 4 x 2 in Hillarys. Large kitchen, family, room, games room and comfy lounge/dining area.Nice gardens which have been easy to maintain. No pets allowed and there is no pool. $420pw. The property is available from mid August to 30th December (4 1/2 months). It might suit a family who are looking for short term accommodation and who don't want to commit to a long lease although it the landlord would probably be more than happy to extend the lease after December if needed.
