Hi!
we are coming to tauranga on November 3rd and are need of a place to live for one year.
does anyone know of any real estate agents they would recomend or know of someone who may have accomodation for 2 people available to rent in November?

Sorry I haven't got back to you yet on that other thread with the Papamoa rental prices.... I haven't managed to see the person I was going to ask yet!

Thankyou for those sites...although i'm not having much luck as most of them which i've tried keep saying- "No properties matching your search criteria were found!"
I'm keeping my search as broad as possible!
rental properties must be pretty sparse out there and like one of the threads pointed out alot of it's done through 'word of mouth'.
So if there's anybody out there with some inside information on renting a property in Tauranga please get in touch!!
