I have noticed all the posts for rentals in the Northern Suburbs and thought I would mention that my friend has just bought a new house in Edgewater. She is not only going to rent out her old 4x1 with pool but she also has a granny flat attached to the new house which she hopes to rent out on a short term basis to singles or couples. It is a great idea as they have loads of info on the local area, it is really close to the trainline/freeway and Joondalup is within walking distance and her husband is a teacher so he has lots of info on good schools etc.

I dont know how much the 4x1 house is going for but I do know it will be rented long term unfurnished but the flat has access to a pool with ensuite facilities and is going to be rented for $200 a week fully furnished. It would be great for new arrivals or people out on holiday or parents out on holiday etc. If you are interested pm me and I will let you have her email.
