Rent and Invest
Our experience is rent in a good...nice area and purchase a unit or two for investment purposes.... move away from the restrictive anal english way of having a mortgage on the house you live in for 25 years and then what and no we are not bif earners and came to OZ with no capital. We earn 80,000 and 30,000 respectively and have kids...forget the big house in the outer suburbs with the pool...its a bland existence...go for more creativity!!!
