Well I called British Consulate to see if it was handed in, then trudged to police station, then remembered I went to coles on way home from medicare to get teabags so I popped in there too on off chance and ..
WOOHOO!

How the hell did they end up in Coles.I know Aus is anal with id but to buy teabags is a bit ott.Mind you,which brand were you buying.

My Husband is going back to UK for 2 weeks, will it be enough time to renew the passport there? Peterborough is nearent office i think. Do you go in personally and get it there and then? Also what do you do about visa stamp and does it matter if you come back into Aus with a different passport? Thanks in advance, i know its probably on here somewhere but can't find info i'm looking for.

Apologies if this has been asked before in this thread, but ...
I am wanting to renew my daughter's passport. She is now almost 15 and had a passport last time at 9. The instructions state that you only need a countersignature on the photo if the last one has changed significantly. Does this count? She was obviously younger but is still quite recognisable as the same person.
What do people think - signature needed or not?
