removals/shipping insurance

removals/shipping insurance
G'day!
Sorted out the removal company but just shopping around for insurance now. I read the insurance smallprint and saw that as we have packed our own boxes that the insurance will not cover us, so obviously am looking at other companies. What insurance companies have people used or have people always gone with the insurance company that the removalists provide. I read somewhere that you can shop around.
Any reccommendations appreciated.
