Default Removals booked

Had 3 quotes for a 20ft container to Perth

Robinsons £3695 + 3% insurance

Brittania £3559 +2.5% insurance

PSS £2946 +2.5% insurance

All presentations were good, nothing between the 3 except price. So needless to say we have gone for PSS.

Coming in 13th & 14th October to pack and load.

Nice one Tony,
We've had about 5 quotes for our ten boxes, prices vary from £460 up to £1000. Lowest being a shipping company from Chesterfield and the highest Bishops Move who said they weren't really interested in small loads as they didn't make any money on them.Average seems to be around the £700 mark for 60cubic feet or 1.6m3

Yes we found very little difference between prices of Bishops Move and pss but chose PSS slightly higher but better presentation However I got our quote in Feb and when we booked last week the price had risen by £165. Fair enough I suppose although I was advised that some of it was due to the 'new customs and excise duty of the UK' I don;t quite understand this but am still quite please.d

Surrey to 80 k from Sydney with two weeks storage in UK all in £3284 with PSS
