Remaining Relative Visa - HELP
Hi, I want to sponsor my brother as a remaining relative since there's only 2 of us in the family. My mother is deceased and we dont have any idea where my father is since they separated when we were very young.
My brother has recently separated with his wife and she is now in a de facto relationship. They have a 7 yr old daughter who is with the wife. He didnt finish high school and works casually doing anything so I cant do a skilled sponsored category.
I have enquired from a migration agent and they are asking for A$ 3,300 + disbursements as fee. I dont have that much money considering the application charge itself when filed here is almost $2,000 + the bond which is A$ 3500.
I was hoping I can file it myself but I am having 2nd thoughts because of the complicated circumstances my brother is in.
Can anyone please help me?
Thanks

There are a couple of great agents on here who I and I am sure others will recommend to start you off, last remaining relative is not easy and it could possibly save you money in the long term by using a good agent who really understands the process. Alan Collett and George Lomabrd would be two agents I would have a look into.
Cheers
