Phil's on the Gold Coast to help Tony and Nicky Hale find a family home.

Tony and Nicky Hale moved down under with their two children from Grimsby 12 months ago. Tony sold his communications business and decided it was time put his family before his work.

Tony and Nicky have huge expectations for their one million dollar budget and Phil has to use all his insider knowledge and expertise to find them a home with enough wow factor.

The Gold Coast is Australia's answer to Dubai, and Phil takes a guided tour of the high-rise apartments for sale.

Phil also meets Louise and Adam Warner, who have opened Australia's first British Fish and Chip shop. He discovers how aiming their new business at fellow expats has helped them become the centre of the local community.

And Phil meets a team of boat builders from Plymouth and discovers that they are making a fortune building super yachts for the Australian market.
