Re: religion
If you're Presbyterian or Methodist then you should probably look first at the Uniting Church, which was the result of a 1977 merger. However, some Presbyterian churches didn't join this and remained independent.
Bear in mind that Protestant churches vary greatly from each other, even within the same denomination, so if you don't like the first one you visit => find another.

"Any Church of England Churches in Sydney?"... er, yes. Which is hardly surprising, given Australia's historical origins.
New South Wales has 7 dioceses (I'm pretty sure that's the plural of "diocese" ) and Sydney itself has ten CoE churches (you'll find a list of them here).

Suffice to say that there is an Anglican church in every suburb of Sydney (or virtually) and that the whole of Sydney (indeed the whole of Australia) is covered by the Anglican parish network, just as England is: in other words, wherever you are, you are in an Anglican parish.
Sydney is noted, unusually, as being a conservative evangelical diocese and most of the Anglican churches are broadly evangelical: if that style of worship or theology doesn't suit, you might have to look further for a different "flavour" of Anglicanism than you would elsewhere in Australia. That said, there are Anglican churches of all types in Sydney (which is, incidentally, one of the wealthiest Anglican dioceses in the world and, if memory serves me correctly, the one with the most parishes in it).
The main home page of the Sydney diocese website can be found at http://www.sydneyanglicans.net/

Re: religion
Those ten churches are central city churches (more or less). To find an Anglican church in Sydney, it's better to go to a different page on the same website and enter the postcode or suburb name.
