refinancing uk property from outside the uk
i need to refinance a uk property from oz. current mortgage provider will not do this as i have been out of the uk for more than 12 months and do not have a recent employment history.
has anyone managed to refinance a property from outside the uk? if so who will lend me the cash. i need to release some uk equity...ie, which company, what rate..etc etc..
