Recommendations for Greensborough?

Any one out there recommend any temp accommodation around Greensborough, Eltham, Heidelberg (Vic). Pretty sure thats where we are going to try and stay for our first month (December) in Oz to do some scouting before we rent longer term.

Any advice gratefully received.
