Be aware that some people proclaim to be "agents" on Exapts forums are very dodgy.
George Lombard and Alan Collet are very excellent though.

Ckeckout some of their threads on immigration Forum. :)

I'm right up there with Allan Collet at Go matilda so far - -let you know if we get the visa or not!!!!!

Saying that they were the only one's I found that were up-front about the cost and you pay in installments as you go throught the process.

No regrets about going with them - - just getting that inch thick application already filled in was a huge bonus for 2 people who work and have kids and all the other pressures of family life!!!!

Good luck

Re: recommend an agent ?

:) Very happy to recommend Active Immigration Australia www.theozlife.com They are looking after us wonderfully and they are based in Perth where we are looking to move to when all going through.

Costs: Fee - either two installments of $2000 or one off fee of $3600. You will also have to pay for the Visa Fees - ours: TRA $500, main Visa: around £2000. costs for medicals vary - in Newcastle Upon Tyne for full medical, blood tests and xray £200.

The support received from AMA has been invaluable - they pre-populate sections of the visa forms for you, answer email queries (overnight), call on mobile in the middle of the night (for them) if you are needing immediate reassurance. They also present all your documents for you - give you detailed instructions in piecemeal so you dont get the full mindblowing thing in one go.

Doulene & Hilda are both registered with all the relevant licencing peops too.
