recipe to impress the Aussies!! (serves 4)
4 chicken breasts
white wine
pot of green pesto
slab of Phildaelphia - or cheap tesco variant
mix cheese and pesto together. pour in a bit of white wine.
spread over chicken cut in to 2 longitudinally in a baking tray.
bake on 180 c for 40 mins...
serve with new potatoes
hey presto!!! Voila!!! it'll be in the bag!!!
looks v trendy as well
