I could probably give a list as long as your arm but in summary -

We want to be able to enjoy the same lifestyle that we have here in the summer - whilst only working part time.

Is that too much to ask

I'm a first-generation Brit, and now we've decided to upsticks, it feels like I'm going home.

Well it’s not a case of should, but rather want to for the following reasons:

  • The weather
  • Cheaper lifestyle (petrol, days out with grandkids etc)
  • Schooling
  • Better lifestyle (outdoors, vast country to explore, can be healthier)
  • Get away from British politics (useless immigration laws, and what the future holds etc)
  • Healthier lifestyle for grandchildren
  • To experience and hopefully enjoy living in another part of the world
  • Just plain and simple – done it before and realise all the above are true and want to get back

In our case, the answer we give when people ask is: 'because we could'.

What have my kids got to enjoy here.
Can't go out because the weather is appalling. Also is it really safe for them to do so.
Sick of working all hours to put a crust of bread on the table.
Whingers, and scroungers.
Only one life, so live it to the max.
I wouldn't even go down the road of how easy it is to enter the uk and be entitled to state benefit at MY expense.

Enough said. (gets down off his soap box)

Neil.

Get away from President Bliar

It makes be so sad to how he has destroyed England.

But also for the adventure and experience of living in another country.
