Is realestate market (residential properties) good in Melbourne for sellers now? And, what would be the situation in coming two years? Any ideas would be highly appreciated.

Real estate is flattening off but not changing hugely.
Gazing into my crystal ball, I see the future is murky....there will be a tall , dark man..a stranger....
