Yeah I'd subsribe to this method. I am the world's cr?ppiest cook but even I have managed to get a good one going. 'Secret' ingredients are easy to find and hey voila - curry (real hot too)!!. Although, and at the risk of an unintentional Christmas flame, you *real Brits* GENERALLY don't eat *hot* curry.
