Re-sent TRA today
 

Hi if anyone read before we had the TRA returned cos bank had overpaid by 94 cents, anyway got the stuff sent off today. But the bank said they wouldnt charge me for the new cheque and they did, also the exchange rate must be different from what it was before cos it has cost me more money.

Banks? dont they do your head in.

They've obviously cracked down on this because when we sent the first one the bank transfer was $15 short (again, thanks to the bank!) but they just send a letter asking for the extra within 30 days.

Maybe it's different for cheques....

Nah, I'm ignoring all the fast ones and going on my own timeline.

Expect to hear something beginning of May - if it's any earlier it's a bonus.

i know exactly what you mean and this is our first time.

my husband is the silent type and doesnt get stressed (or at least he doesnt show it) but im a complete mental case. :eek:

That's what we were like the first time.

Mind you, the time seems to be going much quicker - this week has flown!
