Racism
 

I was just catching up on some study at home when I got an email to say a thread I had replied to was active, I logged on and can't believe what I find.

Megalania has been banned for being a racist and after the messages I find waiting for me I am not suprised. I am really upset disgusted and angry that this guy has been calling me a Paki and thinks it's funny.

There was a thread going yesterday where he repeatedly had a go at "Paki's" and several times called me a paki when I am British and have never been to Pakistan or hold citizenship of that country. I am of Pakistani decent on my fathers side but that is beside the point.

When will some people learn that skin colour is just that, a colour nothing more.

My hubby has been called Paki in the past purely because he is of indian descent, he was actually born in Guyana. Some people are just ignorant and childish. It appears that megalania hasn't yet evolved from the caveman days.

I won't take the pish out of your colour, we are all equal, me ebing halfcast myself on my mothers side I think I sent you karma on the matter, however I may have to give you a grilling over that ticker of yours :)

Good Im glad he's banned his behaviour was out of order. It wasnt funny or amusing in the slightest. I'm pleased that someone has taken affirmative action.

Bearing all that in mind, don't you think this topic has been done enough already? I appreciate that you would be upset with those kind of comments but I don't think we need to drag it up again.
