Re: quiet holiday lets
Has anyone stayed at these apartments, what is the locality like? Is it a nice quiet area close to the nightlife and CBD.
We are looking to settle in New Farm, or in close proximity of New Farm, would this be a good choice to get a feel forthe area, i will be working in CBD, and my partner will be working at the PA Hospital...

Wow...ugly building!
Whether it's quiet or not will depend totally on who the neighhours are.
This is a bit of a funny area...sure it's close to all those things that are mentioned, but it seems quite removed from all of it. It would be pretty quiet on weekends...it's a bit of a commerical area. It's certainly not like New Farm proper.
If you're just looking for a holiday let for a few days I'd probably be looking on Stayz for something closer into New Farm or Teneriffe nearer to the river.
