You bring over 100,000 lets say from the sale of a UK Property.
What tax do you have to Pay on that initial figure?

Nothing. (If you've sold before moving and taking tax residency - it could be different if you sell some time later.)

Nothing. As far as I`m aware. Interest earned while here should be declared obviously. But its all yours.
