That was quick! (Invite to sit citizenship test.)
We posted our citizenship application on Monday. This morning I found the "summons" to the test in my email in-box! Our test is on Wed 24 Feb at 11.30am. Bloody hell, didn't expect it this quick. 
Better start reading that study book and doing the practice test!

When my daughter applied for hers, she had the test quick too.....and she thought there was a long waiting list.....so not much time to learn her stuff. She passed it with 100% though so it was all ok.

Happy to report that we took our citizenship test on Wednesday and we both got 20/20 
Now we have to wait for our approval letters to come through.

We passed the test! No more swatting needed, LOL. Just patience as we wait for our approval letters and a date for our ceremony.

Ours came through quickly as well and we sat the test last Tuesday - 100% each woo hoo! Then Friday our letters of acceptance arrived.
Just waiting on the ceremony now - would be nice if it came through before we go back to the UK although it means coughing up yet more money for another passport!

Congratulations. Your letters of acceptance came quickly. I confess I am quietly hoping ours will turn up next week - but I know it can take weeks.

Our letter of acceptance was in the letterbox last night. Yippeee!
So, it took just three working days from sitting the test to getting the acceptance letter.
The letter says it can be up to six months before we'll have the citizenship ceremony (in case anyone is interested). Not worried about that. We know we're in the queue now.
