Hi guys

Can I gain 'permanent' employment on a de facto visa during the 2year temp visa bit,

Also

How do they decide whether or not you gonna get PR after the 2 yrs?

Is it just a case of keep your nose clean, get a job and be a good lad/lass OR is there a 'special way'......

Any help appreciated chaps/chapesses
