Questions, questions need some help!!
Hi there, need some help!
We have just been looking through the application form 47SK, question 101, says all written communications should be sent to (with the option myself, which is the one we want as we are not using an agent) it then asks us to go to part P. Which asks for migration agent consent for DIMIA to contact them direct.
(I know by this point some of you have fallen asleep, wake-up!!)
Do we miss this section out, has any one else had the same dilema!! or is there something really obvious that we are missing. (other than a few brain cells)

Looks like the form has changed slightly since we downloaded ours.
Q101 on ours says go to part O (part M is the authorised person details. I'll have to get the new one but there are a few errors/omissions on DIMIA forms and this sounds like a new one! So if I were you I would Just go to the Payment details section and miss out the Migrating Agent Details and Authorised person details boxes.
I'll check the new form tomorrow and come back to you if the above is rubbish and should be ignored.

On the old form it WAS Part P, which was the Payment section.
We just filled in the payment bit and we haven't had any problems so far.

Thanks for the reply, I assume we have all got/had slightly different forms, DIMIA like to keep us on our toes!!
Was never any good at ballet anyway!!

we had same issue on the 2004 version of the forms. I think they just forgot to update it so I hand changed it and just filled in the visa details.

Just compared the forms and you should alter P to read Q as that's the next bit for you to complete.
Of course, we had the 'Design date 11/03' forms 90% completed and are waiting for the skills assessment confirmation to finish it off, but will now have to print off and complete the 'Design date 03/04' paperwork to avoid any problems.
I notice they still don't have a place to list 'Non-dependant children over 18' so hand written 'title' under Q47 !
