Question for Toyota 4Runner expert
I've recently bought a 1989 Toyota 4Runner (RN130). There are some buttons that I don't know what they do. The previous owner didn't know either and there is no user manual.
The buttons are on the dash, to the right hand side of the steering wheel column. There is a small red button, directly below that is a larger green button. Below that is a knob with a bulb symbol which I guess would be the height of the headlight beam? Finally to the left of these is a red button with an amber light and a red light above it.
Also, the rear reg plate lights don't work, although the reg plate is attached further down to the bumper I'd like to get them working. Have changed the bulbs with no success. Wonder if it's the fuse? Does anyone know which fuse is responsible?
Finally, does anyone know where I could get a user manual from? Have looked on eBay and Google searches with no success.
Help greatly appreciated, thanks.

Re: Question for Toyota 4Runner expert
Pretty sure they're not standard. Could they be part of some aftermarket or diy alarm system? or... has it got or had extra lights fitted at some time? Probably the only way to find out would be to trace the wires that are attached.

Re: Question for Toyota 4Runner expert
Are there any sort of aftermarket fog lamps, tow bars, immobilizer?
Edit: I've just been snooping - I mean, looking around your website. You do have a tow bar, but are there electrical connections to/from it?
Edit: snooping more - the ad you bought it from talked about a dual-battery system and a power adapter of some sort. I'd start looking there!
