Just been offered a job just west of newcastle NSW, i would be moving over on my own the TSP is 95AUD, my main worry is would i be able to live a good comfortable live on this salary alone??

Just be sensible about your rental and you'll have a good life.

Can't help you much there mate, I have been a couple of times on business and having a quick look it is cheap to live there and rent, compared to Sydney main area, but just go for your lifestyle. Plenty of options for coastal life, lakeside life, country life or busy town life.....er...actually no, town life in Newcastle is only open at weekends!! But people who live there love it so it can't be too bad.

Would be a hell of a struggle on AU$95 Hope you mean AU$95,000, then you'll be more than fine. Unless you're used to having an income of more than £45,ooo and don't know how to budget.
Newcastle is a lovely area, wonderful beaches and nice climate.
