Question about Citizenship.

We have been in OZ 9 months now, but plan to return to the UK for a 2 week holiday in December to take daughter back.
Will this affect our citizenship if we leave the country for two weeks holiday?

I have been told it won't, but also been told you need to be in the country a full 2 years without leaving it to get citizenship.

Anyone have the right answer?

I don't know where on earth this myth comes from, but so many people believe it. It's right up there in the "Top 10" of migrant myths.

Leaving for 2 weeks won't be a problem. You just have to clock up the extra 2 weeks when you get back, before you can apply.
