Unhappy Question about the AITSL (Teachers)

Hi there!
Ok, i am trying it apply under the sponsor visa (because of my points), secondary teacher, BUT, i just noticed that AITSL asks for 45 days of observation? I am a Fine Arts in Spanish major. I got certified for spanish teacher 6-12 grades, and my expiration date is 2016.

Therefore i never did the 45 day observation, does this means that i cannot apply for the visa, since i hold a certification (teacher certification) and not a diploma (educational diploma)???????? I am so confuse!!! and i am so ready to apply for this visa and it seems to me that there are so many obstacles.

Any feed back i would totaly appreciate it.
