Hi, im from australia looking at going over to the UK for two years, and have a look at the other side of the world I understand that i can drive on an australian licence for 12 mths before applying to change it for a UK licence, but i drive for a living and hold HGV licence

so can i drive HGV vechicels in UK on an Aussie licence??

if not can apply to change it to a UK HGV licence? or do i need to a driving test?

DVLA is the driving organisation, but looks like you may need to exchange according to this:

(It mentions small vehicles only),

but email.ring them to be sure!
