Queer beer Melbourne

Hi

I am new in Melbourne and still finding my feet. Previously I was in Munich where I helped launch the Queer Beer events throughout Germany. These were monthly or weekly events for the international gay community in German cities. They proved a remarkable success at helping newcomers integrate. I was wondering whether there was any perceived need to do something similar down here in Melbourne. What do folks think?

If this were in Sydney we would love the idea! Especially if the emphasis was on beer... hmmm... beer!

Maybe you could start one in Sydney. Anyhow, anyone in Melbourne out there? Am I really the only gay in the village?

Hi there

Its a shame you havent had much of a response on this. I think it sounds like a fantastic idea but then I'm not your target market. Wondering if you have a better response if you post on a site which specifically targets the gay community in Melbourne?

Good luck with it!
