Has anyone got any other Queensland house builder sites I could peruse?

The price of the Edgewater ranges between $176,000 and $181,000. This is the house only and includes the complete house with wet area tiles ( bathrooms, laundry, toilets) but not other floor coverings i.e.. Carpet and other tiles. This is the way new houses are sold here. Outside landscaping and things like driveways are extra. We sometimes have long driveways on acreage estates.

Land is also an added cost. The average block of land around Brisbane and the Gold Coast costs between $150,000 and $250,000.
