Qualifications

Having recently moved to Australia, I have been told to have my son's GCSE results converted to the Australian Year 11 high school certificate. However, no-one seems to be able to point me in the right direction! Have tried the local TAFE, Centrelink, trawled the internet.... If anyone can advise me further I would be grateful ;)
