Pyjama's by the Banana's in Public...What's all that about?
Shopping at Bi-Lo last night I saw five grown adults in their pyjama's and slippers at 7 in the evening.
Not only that, but they were bl**dy awful pj's too. I've seen this so much in Oz. I'm not just talking about clothes that look that PJ's, I'm talking about pink flanellette (spelling?!?) pj's with pictures of teddy bears on them.
I've actually considered doing it myself, but given I usually sleep in my underpants I've decided against it for now.
So is this a part of the wider laid back Ozzie style, is it considered wierd by other Ozzie's or what? Can someone explain?

I have seen many kids in night clothes and I was astounded. surely if its time for kids to be in pj's then they should be in BED!!!! I have I must confess started putting the younger in pj's if they shower at the pool after school
