Default Putting en-suite in single storey house

Hi
Was wandering if any builders/plumbers could help please.

We have just bought a single storey house and would like to add an en-suite to the guest room. Can it be done?
Hubby has done this in the UK but it was upstairs so coming through the floor wasnt a problem but obviously this house is on a concrete slab. Is it possible to fit a loo and shower drainage?
I dont really want one of those saniflow ones, unless anyone knows of a good one.

Any help would be appriciated, thanks.

Anything can be done, comes down to money.

Depends where the bedroom is, on the same side as other toilets so can join into existing sewerage. Slab is only 100mm thick so this gets cut out, for shower drainage under foundations and toilet can have a P trap so therefore goes through wall to sewerage.
