PSS Shipping - do they have an insurance excess?

Anyone recently shipped with PSS and used their insurance and if so, did they have an excess?

Our stuff has been delivered today and suffice to say we will be making a claim on insurance, but I cannot see any reference to an excess on the policy document that we listed everything down on.

Just wondered if they even had an excess at all?
