ps2 games, dvds and videos in oz
Just abit of info to those planning to come out to oz. when we were in the uk, there were lots of threads about using ps2's out here and using video tapes and dvds. Since all our stuff arrived the other day, all our dvds work in the oz dvd players, and the video tapes work in the oz videos aswell. The oz ps2 games also work in our uk ps2 console, and we didnt get it chipped before we left.
Just thought it might be useful, as we got rid of loads of videos as we were in the mind that they wouldnt work out here on the oz video recorders etc.

I'll be bringing my unchipped UK PS2 - so thanks for letting us know that it will work fine.
Now I hope my chipped DVD system works (it's R2 only, but I think I may have re-set it to multi-region).

Do Uk Video recorders work in Oz i.e are you able to tune them in OK?

I don't think the problem is with the tapes. It is with UK video recorders not being to tape the Ozzy signal. Does yours record allright.
