Prospective Marriage Visa (2)
Could anyone let me know if Stat Decs need to be done by people b4 my application is submitted in the UK or do I get them done when I am in Australia. My girlfriend seems to think that we get them done when we are on the Second Stage of the process??

As far as I know you'll need them for both stages of the application...Pollyana will know more about this though.

See the answer on the immigration forum Kelly; some for the first bit, to show you committed to each other and intend to marry etc, then the ones for the residence visa to talk about living together and the wedding and stuff about an "ongoing relationship"
