Property rental
I have heard of property rental agencies or landlords that provide inflated short term (no contract) lets to newly arrived immigrants to facilitate their first few weeks/months in Australia and allow them flexibility to find a more permanent solution. I will be coming to Perth with my wife and two children and would welcome any information on people's experiences of using such companies/landlords.

Try having look at the Stayz and Takeabreak sites. They have plenty of short term rental options for you to choose from.
