Can anyone recommend a company for the Eastern Suburbs or Lower North Shore?

Have a look at this thread. I recommended Jacque Parker who dealt with us in Kirribilli.

Have a look at post #23 on the linked thread. I did use Jacque but only to value and bid for us at auction as we already knew exactly which block we wanted to buy in.

Re: Property Buyers Agents - Sydney
I was in the same position as louie, more or less, he only came in to do valuation and negotiation.
I believe my relative used him for the whole shebang, though: they're native Sydneysiders but were working themselves to death and had been looking in one suburb for too long. IIRC, he drew up the shortlist based on their needs, inspected, valued and then when they were interested in a place, he negotiated on their behalf and then helped with the conveyancing etc.
It's not really a question of finding listings because practically everything is on domain and realestate.com.au - the question is more about knowing (believing on reasonable knowledge) what areas are keeping/losing value, where is realistically going to be good for rental in the future etc.

I think you should search online once as there are quite a few very well known buyers agent who are experienced, good and professional too, and are very much capable of handling any situations and help you to buy a property for a best price. It is safe to hire a person who knows how things work in this field.
