What a bunch of Pr*cks....90% of them

Most inexperienced with a sense of power.... and unfortunately they do have it to some degree...

Walked out of a few rental inspections, as no way do I want them as a property manager....

They never seem to stay too long at any office, always a different person when they do the inspections. They are mostly alcoholics as well :p
Some of them are lovely however, until the office gets sold and the new owner puts their retard relation in and sacks the lovely agent.

Honestly.... who advertises a rental with the title "leased leased leased"...

Numb nuts....

Be honest I have chosen properties on the agent, as that is what you will have to deal with...

The answer to that is simple. Their adverts are to advertise themselves, and how good they are, so that Landlords can be conned into placing their properties with them.

An industry driven by greed tends to attract such individuals. The Perth market is full of them.
