Proof of relationship for sponsorship
Hi, what forms of proof of relationship for sponsorship should someone have whose brother "who got adopted" now living in Australia need. God that sounds complicated hope someone can help!
The person who wants to migrate have mentioned birth cert. and adopted birth cert. would this be all that is needed ? or would they go as far as asking for DNA results ?

Can't help you myself but if you try this web-site (www.immi.gov.au). If it can't help or is to confusing you could try ringing the Dept of Immigration direct and tell them your problem. Best of luck!!

Hi Juls
I found out this a while ago. Birth certificate showing the same mother. With the rules changing in oz a few years ago it shouldn't be a problem, or should be able to get it. If i remember correctly it states on the edge of the certificate the name of the natural mother.
