Proof of funds
Just filling in our visa application (137) and wondered if we have to prove what funds we have to support us ?
After selling our house we hope to be taking about 70 grand, do we have to send house valuation and mortgage details ?

We got our estate agent to give us a letter with the valuation on it. We then applied for a statment on our mortgage to prove what we owed to settle that and then sent them off
