Processing time after Medicals

Hi,
I've recently been asked for and handed my medicals into the London office, on Oct 8th to be exact. I was wondering what happens next and how long I may have to wait to hear anything more.
And for my two bob's worth, I'm heading to Melbourne. Who could resist the copious amount of sport in one place, Boxing day cricket at the MCG, Australian Open tennis, F1 cars, 500cc bikes, Melbourne Cup horses, Aussie Rules, Bells Beach, ski slopes, and then there's the food...

Being asked for medicals is a good sign. It's hard to say how long it will be
before you actually get your visa, but for most people it takes no more than 3
months after medicals.

My x-rays were sent to Australia for a final check and it took about a month
from then.
