Default private medical insurance on spouse TR

Hi.

As I am on a spouse visa and do not yet have PR my Medicare card is a blue Interim card. I am having major problems getting private insurance and no-one including Medibank will insure someone on a blue card. I have tried to explain to them that I have all the normal medicare rights but they wont touch me with a bargepole.

Anyone got any ideas? who has anyone else managed to get insured with.

Cheers
Kala
