I guess Prince Harry heard of the now world famous badgersmount, and decided to follow in his distinguished footsteps....? Could make a good story but I don't want to be done for treason!

Prince's prickly start for Outback life By PAUL DONEMAN and MICHAEL OWEN-BROWN 24sep03 A sprawling Queensland cattle property west of Roma, called Tooloombilla, will be his home for the next two months as he works as a jackaroo. He will be in the care of "Aunty" Annie Hill – who was a friend of Princess Diana – who co-owns the 16,600ha cattle property with husband Noel. Mr Hill is the son of millionaire polo star, grazier and royal confidant, Sinclair Hill, who coached Prince Charles on a visit to Australia. Tight security has been thrown around the property with the third in line to the throne under 24-hour guard by a contingent of specialised Queensland Police and British Royal Protection officers. The vastness of the largely flat 16,600ha property will ensure privacy. Mr Hill bought the cattle property from his father for $1,050,400 in May 2000. The elder Mr Hill recently sold three cattle properties in southwest Queensland for a record $15.65 million. He also attended Charles' wedding to Princess Diana. Prince Harry also plans to attend several matches at the Rugby World Cup. He will return to England to spend Christmas with the rest of the Royals. Security surrounding the Prince was low-key – despite the controversy over Australian taxpayers contributing $600,000 to his security team. |
According to the Times he will be on 100 quid a week..I tell you now - he's being ripped off!!!
I got 500 dollars a week... !! |
