Remember those strengthening medicare ads that the liberals kindly got the commonwealth to pay for. They were played back ad nauseaum in nearly every ad break until the election. The liberals are also under attack from the RBA for their misleading low interest rate campaign.

The campaign got into a auction over who could promise the most irresponsible spending plans that would have to be cut back on once electorate had gone.

There are some amusing pre election pork barreling funding issues where 1 in 20 regional grants went to a non coalition seat. One $500,000 grant was given to a pub where they have strip shows.

They made me truly nauseous............... (they WERE sick making even then, now they just make me )

Especially as two of our local hospitals were listed with "unacceptable" wait times

I think the ad campaign cost the tax payer 30 million dollars.

Andrew Lynton who used to work for the liberals is now heading the Conservative party campaign. He is being accused of stealing Bananas in Pyjamas slogans for the Tories.

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
