Primary Education Bridging course
 

Hello everyone
Has anyone done this course at all? My wife is on a 457 visa and someone has told her that on a 457 visa you cannot do this course.
Can anyone let me know if this is corrent or not?

You'd be better ringing/emailing the admissions office of where your wife would like to study. They will know the full eligibility criteria for the specific course. Different states may have different rules x :thumbup:

Not sure about the course.
A 457 visa is not a barrier to study here.

However be aware it will be international fees. eg instead of $5000 a year it could be as much as sixteen thousand!
You will also have to pay the fees upfront at the start of each semester.
eg $8000 in Feb and $8000 in August.

apparently you need a bridging course if a fully qualified Primary teacher wants to teach ina daycare.
Do not ask....
We know about the interantional student thing. my son is looking to go back to University. $90k as international $12K as resident.
Not to sound like a winger BUT you think there would be different rule for families that are on work 457 visa's compared to actual international students. My son never realy got the choice to move with us....
