Outer Zone 2 you are looking at 300K+ .........mid zone2 = 400K+, you don't get that many 2br homes, try a unit maybe. Inner Zone 2 = 600 to 800 at least. By tenor do you mean deposit? They ask for 10% but give them 5%. Interest rates are as ABCD says , there is a range, shop around. We got 6.65% variable last week
