Previous holiday Visa Numbers for the 136 APP help!

Previous holiday Visa Numbers for the 136 APP help!
I have just come accross on the 136 APP that i need to supply our Visa numbers for our previous Holiday in Aus, This was back in Jan 05, These were electronic Visa`s for the four of us (Family) that was organised through Flight Centre at same time as booking Flights (No Papers)I have contacted Flight Centre and they cant help me with the Visa Numbers
Anyone any idea how i can get these????

Just checked again, It doesnt say anywhere (If Known) so i take it that i must supply these details.
I did expect that this wouldnt be a problem, just contact who dealt with them and get the details BUT!

As far as I can remember it says "if known" doesn't it. If you don't know you can leave it blank.
