Hi there.

Had the request for the medicals, etc. on Friday, however my wife is 6 months pregnant.
Has anyone here had the chest x-ray while pregnant?

Hello there,
In general havig a chest x-ray while pregnant shouldn't be a problem as they can sheild the abdomen, however it may be the policy of whoever is doing the x-ray that they don't x-ray pregnant women in a non-emergency situation. You need to contact wherever you were planning on having your medicals/x-rays.

Hi there,My wife had this done in her 4th month in central london.Do make sure that who you book with knows that your pregnant because we found that all the advise we got was split on whether to do it or not.Another thing to do is make sure that your panel doctor competes section 17 of your medical as ours forgot(its a blood test hepititisantigon)and it cost us at least 3 months delay which stopped us having our baby in oz.Its due may and we`re now going in september. jockney
